Arkara Energi implements a structured, integrated, and sustainable mining process that adheres to strict technical standards and environmental regulations to ensure high-quality coal production. The process begins with Stripping Overburden, where heavy equipment such as excavators and dump trucks is used to remove the overburden and access the coal seam/ore. Once exposed, the Coal/Ore Getting stage is carried out using specialized equipment to maintain quality and extraction efficiency. The extracted coal/ore is then transported to the stockpile (Coal/Ore Hauling) using dump trucks or a conveyor system, with strict monitoring of moisture content and coal/ore quality.

At the stockpile (Coal/Ore Stocking), the coal/ore is categorized based on quality. The final stage is Shipment, where the coal/ore is transferred to the jetty via conveyor belt or dump truck, then loaded onto barges for delivery. Before shipping, a through inspection of quality and quantity is conducted to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

With a structured and integrated operational flow, Arkara ensures that every stage of mining is carried out with professionalism, efficiency, and compliance with environmental regulations. We are committed to supporting global energy and industrial needs while prioritizing responsible mining practices and long-term sustainability.

The initial stage of Arkara mining operations begins with the overburden removal process to access the coal seam/ore beneath. This process is systematically carried out using excavators and dump trucks, which excavate and transport the overburden material to a designated disposal area in accordance with the mining plan.

Designed to ensure efficiency and workplace safety, this process also minimizes environmental impact by implementing proper material management techniques. Once the overburden is removed, the coal seam/ore becomes visible and ready for further exploration and extraction following applicable technical procedures.

Once the coal seam/ore is exposed, the Coal/Ore Getting process is carried out with high precision to ensure efficient extraction without contamination from other materials. This stage utilizes excavators and specialized loading equipment designed for precise coal/ore mining, maintaining both the quality and quantity of the extracted coal/ore.

After extraction, the coal/ore is transported from the mining site to the stockpile, a temporary storage area before further processing. This transportation process is carried out using dump trucks or a conveyor system, depending on site conditions and the distance between the mine and the stockpile to ensure logistical efficiency.

Throughout the hauling process, strict monitoring of moisture content and coal/ore quality is conducted to maintain its stability before storage. By implementing precise transportation procedures, Arkara ensures that the coal/ore remains in optimal condition, meeting the required specifications before further distribution.

Upon arrival at the stockpile, the coal/ore is arranged and categorized based on its quality to facilitate efficient management and distribution. This stage ensures consistency in quality and compliance with the specified standards.

As part of stockpile management, blending is carried out to ensure uniform characteristics and meet the targeted calorific value and grade.

With a structured management system, the stockpile serves as a logistics hub, ensuring a smooth supply chain before coal/ore is delivered to customers. This process guarantees that product quality and availability are maintained in accordance with Arkara’s operational standards.

The final stage of Arkara’s operational chain is the shipment and distribution of coal/ore to customers via maritime transportation. From the stockpile, the coal/ore is transferred to the jetty using a conveyor belt or dump truck before being loaded onto barges for delivery.

Before shipping, a comprehensive inspection of coal/ore quality and quantity is conducted to ensure compliance with contract specifications and established standards. Once loading is complete, the coal/ore is transported to its destination under strict supervision, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining product quality throughout the shipping process.

With a systematic and well-planned distribution procedure, Arkara is committed to providing reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented logistics services.
