1. Implementing Spiritual Values in Work
   Praying before and after work as a reflection of awareness and responsibility toward safety.

2. Ensuring Health and Work Readiness
   Arriving at the workplace in good health and well-rested to ensure optimal performance and minimize workplace accidents.

3. Proper Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
   Ensuring the correct and consistent use of PPE to protect against potential hazards in the workplace.

4. Identifying and Managing Risks
   Assessing potential hazards before starting work and immediately addressing or reporting unsafe conditions.

5. Conducting Equipment Inspections and Maintenance
   Performing Daily Inspection and Check (P2H)on machinery, equipment, and vehicles to maintain safe and optimal operational conditions.

6. Adhering to Safety Procedures and Instructions
   Working in compliance with standard operating procedures and following supervisors' instructions to prevent accidents and enhance efficiency.

7. Holding Valid Certifications for Equipment Operation
   Operating machinery, equipment, and vehicles only with the required Kimper or Simper certification to ensure competency and regulatory compliance.

8. Implementing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Procedures
   Using lockout and tagging (LOTO) procedures during machine, equipment, or vehicle maintenance to prevent accidental activation and ensure worker safety.

9. Transparent Reporting of Safety Incidents
   Recording and reporting all workplace accidents or near-miss incidents to enhance safety systems and future risk prevention measures.

10. Maintaining Environmental Cleanliness and Sustainability
    Contributing to environmental conservation by keeping work areas clean and adhering to sustainability principles in all operational activities.

11. Participating in Regular Safety Training and Meetings
    Attending scheduled Mining Safety and Environmental (KPLH) Training and Meetings to improve competency and awareness of workplace safety and environmental management.
